Coming from the West Central coast of Florida, Gulf of Mexico. Winter tides are at there lowest , water temps are low but starting to pic up! Fishing the incoming tide on grass flats w/ what we call “sand dollars” casting fly or lure past the sand patch and retrieving through! And hold on! Fly selection would be anything flashy, lure of choice for me is a MirrOlure mirrOdine suspending twitch bait !
