This fly shop has been a staple to the Atlantic salmon community for years. To be honest I often forget its there but I have been there a few times this past year because not only is it a small fly shop but Gayland can built and repair fly rods. I had him add large fighting butts to two Scott Fly Rods for fishing for musky fishing here in Maine.

He has a great selection of fly tying materials and a few rods that he has built for sale. He also has rod building components for sale.

Gayland has some great stories of fishing for Atlantic salmon in Maine and beyond, he is treasure to our fishing history here in Maine.

If you are in the area you have to get into the shop and pick up some supplies and talk fishing. You will notice his classic Maine accent and some greats have passed through his doors at the shop.
